Vintage Michigan Shirts: Defunct Michigan Baseball Teams
Michigan's defunct teams wore their hometowns on their sleeves: the Grand Rapids Furniture Makers from the Furniture City, the Kalamazoo Celery Pickers from the celery flats, the Ludington Tars from the Lake Michigan car-ferry port, and the Muskegon Muskies. Lansing fielded the Senators in the state capital, and the Ionia and Jackson Mayors split a franchise between two towns.
Our vintage Michigan shirts honor these defunct clubs with original designs grounded in real research.
Every team below links to its own collection, where you can read the full history and shop shirts, hoodies, and crewnecks for that club. Find your hometown team, or the one your grandfather used to talk about.
