Vintage Virginia Shirts: Defunct Virginia Baseball Teams
Virginia's defunct teams tell the story of the state's working towns. Along the southern border, the Bi-State League filled furniture and textile country with the Bassett Furnituremakers, the Fieldale Towelers, and the Martinsville Manufacturers. In the far southwest, the Mountain States League brought professional ball to the coalfield towns of Big Stone Gap and Pennington Gap, and out on the Eastern Shore, Parksley fielded the Spuds in the potato country of the Eastern Shore League.
Our vintage Virginia shirts honor these defunct clubs with original designs grounded in real research.
Every team below links to its own collection, where you can read the full history and shop shirts, hoodies, and crewnecks for that club. Find your hometown team, or the one your grandfather used to talk about.
