Vintage North Carolina Shirts: Defunct North Carolina Baseball Teams
North Carolina was mill-town baseball country. The Bi-State League ran through the textile towns along the Virginia line, with clubs like the Mount Airy Graniteers, the Reidsville Luckies, and the Leaksville-Draper-Spray Triplets, a team named for three mill villages that later merged into the city of Eden. Further east, tobacco country had the Wilson Tobs and the Rocky Mount Rocks, and the Piedmont cities of Raleigh, Greensboro, and Winston-Salem all fielded clubs of their own.
Our vintage North Carolina shirts honor these defunct clubs with original designs grounded in real research.
Every team below links to its own collection, where you can read the full history and shop shirts, hoodies, and crewnecks for that club. Find your hometown team, or the one your grandfather used to talk about.
