Return Policy


If you are dissatisfied with your order or would simply like to make a return, please contact us as soon as possible using our contact page. We will do our best to make everything right! If you're need to exchange for a different size, we can do that too!

Return timeframes: Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Returned items must be shipped back (postmarked) within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund. 

Non-Defective Item Return costs: We will refund 100% of the original purchase price net of any discounts. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition (i.e. ripped, torn, otherwise damaged), the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

Defective Item Return costs: We will refund 100% of the original purchase price net of any discounts. Retro Baseball Revival will provide a return label for items received defective by the customer. 

Exchange timeframes: Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange. Exchanged items must be shipped back (postmarked) within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for an exchange. Please include a note in the bag with your address and what you would like to exchange for. 

Exchange costs: Buyers are responsible for paying exchange shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition (i.e. ripped, torn, otherwise damaged), the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

Refund Processing times: It will take approximately 3 days from receipt of a returned or exchanged item to provide a refund and/or ship the new item.
