The Natchez Pilgrims carried Mississippi's flag in the Evangeline League, playing in one of the oldest cities on the Mississippi River. The Pilgrims name nods to the city's antebellum Pilgrimage heritage, and the club shared a league with the Cajun-country teams of south Louisiana.
