Vintage Illinois Shirts: Defunct Illinois Baseball Teams

Illinois small-town baseball ran deep. The Triple-I League kept professional clubs in Peoria, Rockford, Moline, Bloomington, Decatur, and Springfield for six decades, while the KITTY League reached into the state's southern tip with the Cairo Egyptians and the Harrisburg Coal Miners. Freeport played in the Wisconsin-Illinois League as the Pretzels, named for the town's baking heritage, and Danville managed to field both the Speakers and the Old Soldiers in different eras.

Our vintage Illinois shirts honor these defunct clubs with original designs grounded in real research, from the Rock River to the Ohio.

Every team below links to its own collection, where you can read the full history and shop shirts, hoodies, and crewnecks for that club. Find your hometown team, or the one your grandfather used to talk about.
