Clarksville Cats T-Shirt (Premium Lightweight) - Vintage Defunct Baseball Teams

The town of Clarksville, TN, had a number of KITTY League teams over the years, it was hard to choose which one to feature! From 1903 through 1949 there were nine different monikers for Clarksville teams including the Villagers, Grays, Volunteers, Billies, Rebels, Boosters, Owls, Colts, and Cats. 

The franchise that was the Cats originated in 1946 and changed their name three times. First, they were the Owls in 1946, then the Colts in 1947, and finally the Cats for 1948-49. Their accumulative record over those four season was 187-312, a winning percentage of only .375. The 1949 season would be Clarksville’s last with an affiliated minor league baseball team.
