The Maysville Rivermen were a minor league baseball team from Maysville, Kentucky, that played in the Blue Grass League in the early 1900s. Their name reflects the city’s heritage as a busy Ohio River port, where many residents worked as boatmen, ferrymen, and traders. The team played in the Blue Grass League from 1910-13, and in 1910 a young Casey Stengel would play for the Rivermen, the start of his Hall of Fame career.
