The Olive Hill Brickies hailed from the small town of Olive Hill, KY, in Eastern Kentucky. They were the company team for the General Refractories Company that made bricks in Olive Hill. The team played during the 1920s and 30s, and the company lasted until 1971. The Brickies were part of the Eastern Kentucky League, a small circuit that had a number of similar teams from the region, including the Ashland Fruit Company team.
