The Milan-Trenton Twins represented the neighboring towns of Milan and Trenton, Tennessee, very briefly in the Kitty League in 1923. The Kitty League was a Class D league that spanned several decades of the first half of the 20th century and consisted of teams from Kentucky, Illinois, and Tennessee, which gave it its name. The Twins took over the franchise of the Springfield (Tennessee) Blanket Makers in the middle of the 1923 season and played the second half, back when leagues split the year in two and crowned first-half and second-half champions. The Twins went 21-22 and finished fifth.
