The Kilgore Drillers were a minor league team of the late 1940s from Kilgore, Texas. They played in the Lone Star League for two seasons, 1947-48, and then in the East Texas League for two seasons, both Class D circuits. The team played at Driller Park, which is still in use today. The Drillers won the Lone Star League twice and were runners-up in the East Texas League. The team folded in 1950; the community tried to bring it back in 1953, but that club lasted only one year before folding again.
