The Marshall Tigers were a minor league baseball team that played mainly in the East Texas League during the late 1940s. They hailed from Marshall, Texas, and played in the East Texas League from 1936-40, and then played a season each in the Cotton States League and the Lone Star League. They have at least one alumnus who made it to the majors; Eddie Lopat pitched over 250 major league games after leaving the Tigers.
