The Paris Red Peppers were a minor league team from Paris, Texas, that lasted only two seasons, playing 1946 in the Class C East Texas League and 1947 in the Class B Big State League. A number of Red Peppers went on to play in the majors. The team sported a red pepper logo, which we used as inspiration for our design.
